The Story:

Esa Tikkanen played 14 games, 1 goals and 2 assist and 6 pim regular season and

15 games, 9 goals and 3 assist and 26 pim for the Rangers in the Play Off

Was acquired by the Rangers on March 8, alonge with Russ Courtnall, for Brian Noon and Sergei Nemchinov

from Vancouver, for his second stay with the Rangers.

Had a great Play Off,  producing both OT winners vs. Panthers

 in the opening round, game 3 (Apr. 22) and game 5 (Apr. 25)

Missed 5 games that season to injury.

The Jersey:

The jersey has good overall wear with some nice custom work done to both sleeves.

They have been shortend and cut open all the way up to the white trim.

Then had elastic sewn in each cuff to make it a great custom tight sleeves.

Front of the jersey has some good size hack marks and tape residue.

Right sleeve has lots of marks, slices, holes and burns, from cuff and all the way up to the shoulder.

The left has a lot of the same, just a little lighter.

Back displays light use, but have a few good size hack marks.
