The Story:
Esa Tikkanen played 79 games, 27 goals and 42 assist and 85 PIM.
Tikkanen was again finalist for the Frank Selk Trophy this season, for second consecutive season.
Missed his only game that season, March 29.
The Jersey:
The jersey is
a CCM air-knit and exhibits excellent overall game wear.
Good areas of general filth showing on upper front body along with a few stick and puck marks.
Lower portion of body and hem pounded with heavy stick and puck marks, some material snagging and general filth,
alonge with two thick team repairs, which have been reinforced from the inside with white mesh plates.
Also some heavy area of bloodstaining adjacent to left body seam.
Right sleeve ripped to shreds around elbow reinforcement and heavily repaired and reinforced with color coded white and blue plates. Heavy general filth and a few scattered stick and puck marks also pounded throughout sleeve.
Three smaller repairs on left sleeve with more heavy general filth, vivid red board paint transfers and a few stick and puck marks.
Fights strap cut out at base.
‘91/92 1’ written inside back neck.
